The « EXTRUSION-COMPRESSION » technique, combined with several dies, allows us to propose very thick hollow rough parts as well as rough parts moulded using drawings.

Our moulded rough parts from drawings can be proposed for a run of parts making it possible to amortise the cost of the dies. This alternative makes it possible to make material savings, processing time savings and machining time savings. Please note that moulded rough parts from drawings have the advantage of a shape memory that improves their dimensional stability.
